Cause analysis of bearing vibration;
1. Dirt, foreign matter, sand, etc. are immersed inside.
2. Immersion of corrosive substances such as water, acid, paint, etc.
3. The inner hole structure of the bearing box is not round or distorted, and the bearing surface is uneven.
4. The fitted shaft diameter is small or the locking sleeve is not locked.
5. The working load is unbalanced, the clearance of bearing housing hole is large, and the outer ring rotates and slips.
6. Two or more bearings are coupled to produce shaft center straight line and angle deviation.
7. Incorrect installation methods such as direct hammering.
8. The bearing clearance is too large.
9. Vibration from the equipment itself.
Bearing vibration solutions
1. Clean the equipment in time and replace the bearing box with a new oil seal.
2. Install protective dust cover or improved oil seal if necessary.
3. Adjust the bearing housing support surface and adjust the gasket.
4. Check the shaft diameter, properly adjust the fitting amount and lock the sleeve.
5. Replace the products with apertures that meet the design requirements.
6. Adjust the gasket to ensure that the shaft center is coupled in a straight line.
