Selection skills of clearance group in bearing application

Bearing clearance will change under different working conditions, mainly including:
1) Original clearance: refers to the clearance in free state when the bearing is complete but the machine is not installed. The original clearance usually needs to be replaced by the inspection clearance. The clearance data is obtained by applying the measured load force to the bearing and using the instrument detection. It should be noted that there is a certain difference between the original clearance and the bearing, but the error is small.
2) Effective clearance: effective clearance, also known as working clearance, refers to the actual clearance of the bearing after it is installed and under certain working load conditions, it reaches the stable temperature rise and operating state. The effective clearance is smaller than the original clearance.
Selection of bearing clearance group
Usually under normal working conditions; Bearing of C0 basic group is preferred;
For the applications of deep groove ball bearings that need to bear large axial load or have self-aligning performance, and for the applications that require the bearing to have high limit speed and low friction torque, the bearing with large clearance group is usually selected for the occasions with large interference between the inner and outer rings or large temperature difference when the inner and outer rings are working
For bearing applications requiring high rotation accuracy, limiting axial displacement, or reducing vibration and noise, small clearance group is selected;
