All the relevant monitoring data of the inner and outer diameters are measured, and through comprehensive analysis of the data, the accurate size of the shaft and bearing assembly parts is guaranteed. When measuring the size and shape of the shaft and bearing seat, it is necessary to ensure that they are at the same temperature as the bearing.
3. The roughness difference between the mating surface of the shaft and bearing seat and the bearing should be as small as possible
The roughness difference between the shaft and the bearing seat and the bearing mating surface needs to be as small as possible to ensure a high mating effect. The maximum deviation direction sign needs to be marked on the inner and outer rings of the bearing and the contact outer surface of the shaft and the bearing seat.
4. The two maximum deflections that cooperate with each other need to be aligned in the same direction
