Identification of radial ball bearing
1) For the radial ball bearing in normal condition, its inner and outer ring raceways shall be bright circular grooves, and the surface shall be free of peeling and serious wear marks;
2) All balls shall be round and free of spots, cracks and peeling on the surface;
3) The cage is not loose, broken or worn. It is required to hold the inner ring and gently push the outer ring to rotate smoothly, only slight sound can be heard and there is no vibration;
4) After stopping, the bearing gradually decelerates and does not reverse. Generally, the clearance between the centripetal ball bearing ring and the rolling body is 0.005-0.010mm. If the ring is shaken radially, the clearance should not be felt obviously. For bearings that have been used, shake the inner ring along the axial direction by hand. If there is obvious noise, it means that the fit clearance has exceeded 0.03mm, and generally no longer choose to continue using.
Identification of tapered roller bearings
1) After using the tapered roller bearing, it is necessary to check whether there are peeling of the rolling body and the inner race, loose cage, integrity of the inner race edge, cracks in the outer race and other aspects.
2) When the combination of inner ring and roller is installed, its roller needs to be located in the middle of the raceway, and the forward displacement is less than 1.5mm. Otherwise, it cannot be used.
Identification of self-aligning roller bearings and short cylindrical roller bearings
1) Because the bearing outer ring can be separated. The ring raceway and roller surface shall be free from breakage, pitting and deep wear marks; The cage shall be able to gather the rollers in the inner ring of the bearing without deformation;
2) The fit clearance between the bearing race raceway and roller should be less than 0.06 mm.
Thrust ball bearing qualification
1) The two raceways of the bearing shall be free from peeling and serious wear, and the ball shall not be broken or pitted;
2) The cage shall not collide with the raceway washer, and the ball can be tightly closed.
