1. High speed.
The spherical friction coefficient of ceramic material is small, and it can self-lubricate without oil; It can bring high rotation speed. The data shows that the rotational speed of ceramic ball bearing can reach more than 1.5 times of that of ordinary bearing.
2. Electrical insulation.
The ball made of ceramic material can provide electrical insulation between the inner and outer rings of the bearing. Using this type of bearing in a conductive environment can prevent the damage of the bearing caused by electrical corrosion.
3. High temperature resistance.
The sphere made of ceramic material has a small coefficient of thermal expansion. Therefore, it is not easy to expand under high temperature working environment. The temperature that ceramic ball bearings can be used is much higher than that of ordinary bearings, which can usually reach more than 220 ℃.
4. Long service life.
The ceramic ball bearing can operate without adding grease, so it can operate normally when the grease is dry, avoiding premature failure caused by grease drying. According to the test data, the average service life of ceramic ball bearing can reach 2-3 times of that of ordinary bearing.
