The four-point contact ball turntable bearing is mainly composed of inner ring, outer ring, single row of steel balls, cage (or isolation block), sealing device and other parts. The inner and outer rings of four-point contact ball rotary table bearings have integral and split structures. The four-point contact ball bearing can bear radial load and two-way axial load, and can limit the axial displacement in two directions, but it occupies less axial space than the current specification of double-row angular contact ball bearing. Compared with other ball bearings, when the radial clearance is the same, the axial clearance is smaller and the limit speed is higher. Four-point contact ball bearing is suitable for bearing pure axial load or combined axial and radial load mainly based on axial load. Due to the double half inner ring (or outer ring), the number of balls loaded is increased and the bearing capacity is large.

SKL thin-walled four-point contact ball bearing and wall cross roller bearing have the characteristics of strong joint load bearing capacity, high accuracy, small friction torque, light weight, smooth operation, etc., so they are mostly applied to the waist, elbow, wrist and other parts of industrial robots. With the continuous development of advanced manufacturing industry and the improvement of automatic production lines for large construction machinery and automobiles, the demand for various robots in high-end manufacturing industry has increased. The demand for thin-walled four-point contact ball bearings also increased;
Four-point contact ball bearing can meet the user's demand for bearing lightweight. The ratio of outer diameter to inner diameter is small, the diameter of rolling element is small, the number is large, and the cross section size of bearing is the same, which does not change with the change of inner and outer diameter. Thin-walled four-point contact ball bearings with preload bearings are used for high stiffness applications, and radial clearance bearings are used for low friction torque applications.
