Spindle bearing of CNC grinding machine uses spindle bearing as the core component of CNC grinding machine. Its performance will directly affect the main parameters of CNC lathe, such as rotation accuracy, speed ratio, rigidity, temperature rise and noise, and then endanger the production quality of product workpiece. Therefore, in order to maintain excellent grinding level, it is necessary to use high-performance bearings.
1、 The precision of the bearing used in the grinding machine spindle should be above P5, while the precision of P4 or above should be adopted for the bearing of the rotary table of the CNC grinding machine, CNC machining center and other fast and high-precision machines.
2、 Spindle bearings of CNC grinding machines include angular contact ball bearings, cylindrical and tapered roller bearings, crossed tapered roller bearings, and crossed cylindrical roller bearings. In terms of the interface tension of angular contact ball bearings, the current trend refers to the surface tension of 15o and 25o; Generally, the surface tension of 15o has relatively strong speed ratio performance, while the surface tension of 25o has relatively strong radial bearing capacity.
3、 For cross roller bearings without surface tension, a single group of bearings can meet the requirements of radial and axial load, and if necessary, a strong rigidity can select the cross taper roller bearing. Because the selection of preload is very harmful to the application of high-precision angular contact ball bearings. For example, in places with high bearing capacity and high stiffness, the medium or large preload of bearings is generally selected;
For some public applications with high speed rotation and high precision, you should pay attention to selecting the preload suitable for yourself in the initial model selection of the spindle bearing of the CNC grinder. Generally, light preload is more common. The preload is generally divided into three types: light, medium and small, and super-heavy. Generally, light preload is more common.
Only when the torque is accurate, can it rotate stably!
